Contact-form data is stored in an Alibaba Cloud database located in Germany. We do not proactively transfer contact-form business data to Canada, the United States, or other locations outside the European Economic Area. However, third-party analytics, marketing, and regional-identification services may involve international processing or transfers under their own privacy policies.
Where an international transfer of Personal Data is required, we will use safeguards required by applicable law, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another valid transfer mechanism.
10. Data Retention
Personal Data submitted through the contact form will generally be retained for one year from the date of the last interaction. After this period, the data will be securely deleted or anonymised unless a longer retention period is required for an ongoing business relationship, legal obligation, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
Retention periods for analytics data, cookies, and data processed by third parties are governed by the relevant configuration and applicable third-party policies.
